Wholesale
Wholesale orders can be placed via phone, fax, or email. Our phone and fax number is (866) 862-1720. Please email orders to sales@MakanaCandleStudios.com.
Our minimum opening order is $250. Our candles come in case packs - 4 in each 10 oz. case pack and 6 in each 3 oz. case pack. All of our candles are made by hand and are made to order. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 weeks, depending upon the size of your order, special requests, special circumstances, and stock availability.
Cancellation of wholesale orders must be made within 48 hours of the time we received the original order.
Rush Service
Expedited delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us immediately at (866) 862-1720 or email sales@MakanaCandleStudios.com if you require rush delivery or have any questions regarding this service.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. In addition, we accept checks and money orders made out to “Makana Candle Studios” and mailed to: Makana Candle Studios, PO Box 9035, Laguna Beach, CA 92652. We charge a $25 fee for returned checks.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise requested. Please call us at (866) 862-1720 if you require an alternate shipping method. Upon shipment, UPS Ground service takes an average of 3-7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Makana Candle Studios proudly uses verified carbon neutral shipping to offset the impact on the environment.
Returns
We take pride in our products and work tirelessly to produce quality pure soy candles. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, returns are accepted within 30 business days for a full refund or exchange and must be accompanied by the original receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been opened or used. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or final sale items.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service at (866) 862-1720 immediately.
When sending returns or exchanges, it is recommended that they be sent by UPS, Federal Express or registered mail since we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Damaged Goods
While we do our very best to make certain that your merchandise arrives safely, we have no control over the handling of your package once it leaves our hands. In the unfortunate event that some of your merchandise is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours so that we may replace the damaged goods. Please do not discard the damaged items until speaking to us in case we need to file a claim with the shipping company.
